Sebenarnya tidak usah dibedakan apabila nomor extension yang di panasonic tidak ada di asterisk, ya sudah pakai prefix saja, 2 misalnya, jadinya dialnya 2151, 151 adalah nomor ext di panasonic 2 adalah prefixnya

Coba kirimkan isi file log full nya dari /var/log/asterisk/full. Kirim log pada saat mulai call sampai selesai.

update terakhir, kalau saya pencet dial misalnya 2151 extention panasonic(151) atau 2232 extention panasonic(232) ada nada sambung tuuuuuttt, tp habis itu sekitar 10 detik tut tut tut…

Kalo dari port PABX yang dihubungkan ke asterisk adalah port FXS maka dari extension PABX lain dial ke nomor port FXS yang dihubungkan ke FXO asterisk, kalo dari thread ini berarti nomor 232

Selamat siang pak @asoka,

Saya masih sangat awam, dengan voip, apakah saya harus menghubungkan port fxs asterisk ke fxo pabx untuk bisa melakukan panggilan dari asterisk ke pabx. Dari extensi asterisk (2002) sudah bisa melakukan panggilan ke pabx (220). Tapi panggilan dari 220 ke 2002 tidak bisa pak. Mungkin bisa di jelaskan step-stepnya pak. Agar dari 220 bisa dial ke 2002, maka dari 220 itu harus dial ke 105 terlebih dahulu.

Namun sebelum dilakukan panggilan tersebut lakukan konfigurasi pada FreePBX :

Setelah itu konfigurasi pada bagian inbound Routes arahkan ke 2002 untuk DID number yang sudah dikonfigurasi pada point 1, atau agar bisa dial ke nomor lainnya masukkan ke IVR

Case ini seperti berlangganan nomor PSTN Analog dari Provider, lalu kabel dari Provider tersebut dihubungkan ke FXO pada FreePBX, apabila dari nomor PSTN lain misalnya teman kita di wilayah lain mau menghubungi nomor extension (2002) yang ada pada FreePBX maka harus melakukan panggilan ke nomor PSTN yang dihubungkan ke FreePBX tersebut.

Apabila dari PABX Analog mau langsung dial ke 2002 tanpa melalui IVR (direct) maka hubungkan kabel dari port CO/FXO di PABX Analog ke port FXS di FreePBX. Tentunya diperlukan konfigurasi pada PABX Analog untuk mengatur panggilan tersebut.

Masih merujuk gambar di atas pak. Ext 220 sudah bisa dial ke freepbx. Bagaimana supaya bisa melakukan panggilan bersamaan dari Analog ke freepbx. misalkan ext 220 ke 2002, dan dari 100 ke 7888. Terima kasih
