[solved] Incomming dari SIP trunk belum ok

Dear Pak Zaki and teman semua,

Mohon bantuanya lagi nih, saya tidak bisa terima telephone dari provider yang sebelumnya sudah bisa.

sekarang ini saya tidak bisa monitor incomming call, di log apakah problem di PBX open Briker atau di sisi provider?

kalo ga masuk log cdr, kemungkinan dari sisi provider pak. coba diskusikan dengan voip providernya

Sudah pak Chun Chun,
malah sekarang sudah di close mereka casenya, karena saking lamanya.

Hal itu membuat saya jadi bingung, apakah masih ada setingan yang belum OK di sisi briker saya mungkin?

coba account voipnya pakai di zoiper, klo di zoiper normal bisa inbound dan outbound berarti bisa dipastikan ada problem di briker nya

I’m a foreigner, i’m looking for SIP Trunk Provider in Indonesia.
in my country, when i am registration SIP Trunk channel, the provider will give us just 1 number ( e.g : 730110946 ) and i can make a lot of concurrent call, the number of concurrent-call is depend on our IP PBX, not depend on provider .
The free for calling depend on how many minutes that we dialling.
But in Indonesia, provider Telkom give us quotation like bellow . Is it right ? Please give me some advices . Thanks !

Yes, Telkom have limitation on concurrent call, but you can still use 1 number for more than 1 concurrent call (In & Out Call), ie: you subscribe for 10 DID with 10 CC, so you can make out call until 10 concurrent call with same number , or 8 outgoing call and 2 incoming call with same number.

Do you know that has any vendor provider sip trunk without limitation on concurrent call in Indonesia ?
