Hi Agan-agan semua,
ane dapet kendala pakai issabel ada kejadian dimana tiba2 koneksi agent ke logout semua (ini ane pake call center plugin yang bawaan issabel yah)
ketika kejadian tesebut semua agent yang dah login di agent console, jadi ke logout, ada coba cek di log /opt/issabel/dialer/dialerd.log ane nemu log berikut di jam sama ketika kejadian tiba-tiba agent ke logout dan gak bisa di login lagi

Mohon bantuannya suhu-suhu karna ini udah beberapa kali kejadian, dan jalan satu2nya cuma restart server.
